Be wary of telephone solicitation from a company called U-Talk Unlimited. I had to wait 6 months to receive a refund from this company. They had debited my checking account after I had cancelled service with them.This was at the start of May. I finally received a check the middle of October.
This only happened, I believe because I hounded them repeatedly with phone calls, E-mail and the constant sending of refund forms to their physical address. Finally - I lodged a complaint with the Bad Business Bureau in September.
