In Feb. 2014, was contacted  by phone by UAD Secure Services.  They promised to reduce my credit card interest rate and I would received the interest that I was paying up front.  They charged my Bank of America card with $5700 and put that amount in my bank account less $800. That was supposed to handle the transaction.  I immediately sent Bank of America a payment of $2000.  A short time later they called and said they needed the other $2000 for legal fees to accomplish the reduced interest rate.  Last Sept. their atty. Danny Romero called and said not to make the Oct. payment but said nothing about further months.  I did not make the Oct. payment, but could not reach them to check on further payments so I did not make Nov. payment.  Then I made the payments since that time, but am behind two months and have no way of catching up.  It is beginning to reflect on my credit rating.
