I ordered a lamp for my Sony tv, and after using it for two weeks, it began to fail. When I tried to contact the company by phone, I would only receive a message that the mailbox was full. When trying to contact by webpage, I get no return call or email. So I am stuck with a defective bulb and no way to contact the company. Stay away from them . . . also the webpage tvlamps.com.
