Uber Eats is playing games with me. Last fall there were a lot of late deliveries, and in winter, too. The total amount of refunds I've requested is 10, according to customer service support. Since then Uber Eats is denying my refunds for late deliveries and concessions such as missing soy sauce from sushi and other condiments and utensils, as it happened before and I complained. When I try to reach them they say the case will be sent to the specialized team which is complete BS, because all they do is say they don't know what order you are referring to and not helping me lift this preposterous restriction on my account.
