Ubid Customer Service Non-Responsive -Deceptive Advertising

I purchase $30,000 - $40,000 per year in computer equipment on line. Never have I had so many problems with a web organization:
(1) Advertise as "new" and send "refurbished" merchandise; refer me to manufacturer (IBM) for warranty; IBM furious with diversion of traffic to them about issues not covered under warranty (new vs used)- I'm obviously not the first!;
(2) 1 hour to answer customer service line; then unable to help; request that I send email instead; 2 months pass with no response other than "automatic response".
(3) Require their RMA labels to return merchandise (USPS with no tracking) and then say burden of proof of merchandise received by them is mine (they have refused to provide credit on over $600 of merchadise covering 3 separate orders!)
(4) I won an auction on 30 items; 2 months without shipment although guaranteed 5-7 days; then retroactively cancel the auction even though uBid still has continuing active auctions for identical merchandise.

Auction site appears normal, but backoffice operation is a disaster.
