uBid Customer Support Nightmare

I ordered two Sennheiser DSP360 Surround Sound processors from uBid, but instead received two Kensington USB mice. I sent an email to customer service at uBid, but nothing happened for two weeks. I sent another and received this message: "multiple emails about the same problem slow down the system." It's been almost two months and no response, no help, nothing.
