ubid Inc. ripoff con artist fake ripoff deceptive company Memphis Tennessee
I bidded on Dec. 17th. 2001 and won a Toshiba MV20FK3 20"FST Pure TV/VCR Combo. The said Television was delivered by UPS as against the FEDEX I paid for,late December and found broken. This was immediately reported to UPS and ubid. (within 24Hrs).
Ever since then I have been writting letters upon letter and responses are always from already editted documents with different signatories below.
The latest information received was that it has been escalated to superior officer. The 1st escalation note was received on Feb 8th. after they contacted their vendor.
The said Officer has not been able to send me my Bid since that day.
I need my Television. This was suppose to be a Xmas gift for my children but now.
CAN ANYONE OUT THERE HELP?
