ubid missing parts ripoff
i bid and won on a jvc lx10 that has a remote control and when i got it.i was missing all the parts.no remote,no wires or plugs to wire it up.no trim plate.nothing just a deck.so i contacted them and there response was then send it back and we will charge you a 15 percent restocking fee and you will lose all shipping and handling charges,to and from.so my lose will be about 50 dollars.

I reccommend that you do not pay the restocking fee and shipments back to Ubid. Tell them that you had a contract with them to deliver a COMPLETE system. They did not live up to their end of the deal therefore you will not pay for the restocking or shiping. Just send it back COD, tell Ubid how you are sending it, call your credit card company and cancel the charge. I would also submit a report with the BBB about Ubid's attempt to fraud you. It is that easy.
