I am a private investigator. I was hired by an investor of the company who became concerned after reading these posts.
I can only confirm that the statements in this post are untrue and the allegations are false. Only it seems that the individuals involved in writing this information hide their identity to avoid prosecution for libel and slander.

The above report was not made by me and is completly false. I know the facts as I worked for Connie Jordan-Carmichael as her Vice President at XS NETWORKS, INC. for 2 years. We became good friends in the time I worked for her and she is extremly smart and treated my family very well; bringing them along on business trips all over the world when possible
