I started of in the game website http://www.thesettlersonline.com and played a bit and started of my guild name OutCast with a guild tag "m**o". I love the game since they have it long ago for PC. Now this new version is web based and it's online. So i decided to contribute my share as a loyal customers of 100 EURO and in return they give me some in game cash credits which can hasten my game process. A couple of days after that they banned my account due to reason which are my guild tag "m**o" was not acceptable. I was told to email the support and did as i was told to do. Support reply and said they can't change the guild tag i will have to disband the guild myself. I tried and i can't because the DISBAND GUILD button is disabled or grey out. Meaning i couldn't click it. They think i was giving an excuse so they banned me from the game. I posted my reasons in their forum and facebook and was also banned and remove from forum and facebook. Ever since then they have ignore my email to their support.
Basically i have paid for it and never got anything for it. As a customer and consumer i have feel like i have fall for a fraud site. So i went to PayPal to escalate my refunds for the payments i have made. It seem they have told PayPal i purchase a digital product which cannot be refunded. Just because they are doing some huge gaming project i don't see why they need to come to such circumstances to ignore my problem than to try fix the issue. All was needed to do was to remove the Guild TAG or fix the issue which players cannot disband guild because the game is having issue. Instead i'm being treated like a FOOL and banned access to their site.
