Ubisoft, Ubisoft International will not honor season pass purchase Internet

Ubisoft, a well known game digital game developer, has sold gold edition games for years now. I purchased a gold edition of Rainbow six seige, and expected to receive my game, plus season pass content within the game. There was no indication on the packaging of purchase by, or expiration for the season pass, yet when i recieved it, it was expired. I paid a premuim price for the game and the pass, and ubisoft has yet to deliver my pass content. I have filed a support clam, and this company has requested a proof of purchase, and photo of the game code. after providing both of these items, i have been ignored for the past 3 days. I have filed with BBB and ripoffreport in hopes that the company will see this and assits me in hopes of a better review, but my hopes aren't high in this world of crooks, thieves and business suit clad pillagers of the american consumer. It's a sad day when you are outright wronged, and the industry will simply stand aside and laugh as you are stripped of your dignity and pride, and made to look like a fool for expecting that a service be provided once it's paid for.
