Complaint Review: UBreakiFix Alafaya Orlando Florida

 First this is a complaint not a case of a reap off I when to this establishment with my iPhone 6 After I drop it in water(I pick it up in seconds) They told me they would analyze the phone and call me, they did , to the same number as my broken phone so I drove to the store and a tall young man informed me that they could not repair the phone because the main button was broken and no one could fix it, I asked what he recommended, he told me to get another iPhone (like if had 650.00 ) To their credit I was not charge.

My complaint is that they did not inform me as their competition did, that there is another way To use the phone and all the functions with an apple built screen button , I guess if my phone had a broken screen, they would jump at the opportunity to fix it , because to be honest that is all they seem interested in fixing. They lost my future business by being insensitive to an old man and not taking a minute to tell me the other options available to me as did their competition on the same street.
