Brought my PC to Ubreakifis on 6/27/17.  I described the issues. 

On 7/1/17 I picked up my PC.  Once I reconnected my PC I found the issues not resolved.

Returned with Pc to Ubreakifix on 7/18/17 for same issues explaining that the issues were not only unresolved but worse.

on 7/22/17 I picked up my PC.  Once I reconnected my PC I found the issues still unresolved.  In addition the tech removed Malware which I paid $40.00 for and upgraded my PC from Windows 7 to Windows 8.1 without consulting me. Windows no longer updated automatically.  I have to manually update.

My PC is in need of repair once again.  I contacted Ubrekifix Corporate @877-320-2237 on 10/10/17 and explained the issues.  I was informed that they would reach out to the owner of this location and will receive a response within 24 hours which did not happen.

The tech who worked on my PC told me he had to "research" the issues.  The tech's name is Matt.

As of October 17, 2017 I have not received a phone call from the owner of this location.

As of November 6, 2017 I have not received any response from the owner of this business.  I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.  The owner of this Franchise is unresponsive and seems to think that I wll just go away.  My PC is useless most of the time thanks to Matthew.  This owner needs to step up to the plate and do the right thing which is to have my PC repaired at his expense at another facility other than his own and absorb the cost to do so.    Any pressure that you can heap onto this owner?
