UBREAKIFIX They BROKE my Cellphone, and LIED!!! Orange California

I Left my Galaxy Note5 at UBREAKIFIX in Orange, CA on 3/25/18 because it froze right before a Samsung update, but cellphone would start as usual then it froze. I took it to UBREAKIFIX to diagnose and they called me telling me it was "Unrepairable." When I picked it up it was totally dead. Battery is/was good but cellphone wouldn't start at all, totally dead! "MY CELLPHONE WAS NOT DEAD AT TIME THAT I LEFT IT at UBREAKIFIX," it was ONLY "FROZEN but it would start but would freeze." (Battery is still working) I was not given a reason. I asked for a status of their findings or a troubleshooting report and the guy would only shrug his shoulders, I then asked him to ask the Technician and then was told that "It was DEAD at time they got it," which is an "Incredible, unbelievable LIE" I spoke with UBREAKIFIX Headquarters a few times an they stuck with their same "LIES." So now, I just got a call from Sarah from UBREAKIFIX Headquarters telling me that it was a "motherboard issue" and to call Samsung. BEWARE with UBREAKIFIX, they're an UNETHICAL business!
