Complaint Review: Ubuydigital.com

Beware of Ubuydigital.com and thecameraprofessionals.com. They are one in the same and have several other web sites. I ordered a gps from them and was told to call and confirm the order. Thats when the madness starts. I called to confirm and was transferred to 5 different people in 30 minutes. Finally I got back to the first person who I began to tell I have been on hold for 30......I was cut off mid sentence and put back on hold. I was unable to confirm or cancel my order and after searching on this company cancelled my credit card due to fraud reports from other people. Normally this company wants you to call and confirm the order so they can sell you items that should normally be in the box, and other accessories. They are a rip off. Beware and do a search and you'll see worse stories than mine. If a company does not put their address on the web site, beware.
