One of their movers damaged my leather sofa. I over heard him and the other movers in the laughing saying, "He ain't going to get s**t from it." I never said anything to the mover. I called to report his attitude and ask questions about the insurance I already chose because I paid for the best insurance. So I figured I had to get something. A lady picks up the phone and I explain the matter to her in my NORMAL tone. They then get in contact with the mover through his cell phone to talk to him. After they finished I went back on the phone. The same lady tells me he said I been grumpy all morning with them. I told her I didn't say anything to the movers at all. Right before I could finish she said, "Sir I don't want to argue with you." I asked her what is talking about this how I normally talk. And I speak in a low tone. She cuts me off and began to say something. I tried to said ma'am I didn't finish talking but couldn't get pass ma'am. I call back to speak to the manager and she picked up the phone three times and hung up. The fourth time the owner answer and I told him what was going on. I told him everything. He then forgets what I just told him and goes back to what the lady said I did. Finds out the lady was his wife. Which explains why he defended her ignorance. And hangs up on me. Damages not paid for or repaired. I canceled the move and still got charged.
