Udemy.com Stated I Could Get a Refund On a Course, Then Wouldn't Let Me. Internet

I registered for a course with this company. It was stated that I could ask for a refund within thirty days after I registered for the class. A couple of days after I registered I changed my mind and went about getting a refund. I logged into my Udemy account and followed their instructions for asking for a refund. In the instructions I was instructed to go to my purchase history, but they say I didn't have any purchase history. I paid for the course through PayPal and they have a record of the transaction. I tried using their chat box but it wasn't any help because it referred me right back to the history purchase. I sent an email to the support team and received an automated reply stating that they did not have a support team any longer. I checked the transaction history on PayPal and there was a phone number for the company listed, but when I called the number I was connected to someone who was trying to sell me Medicare insurance. I have come to the conclusion that this company is a fraudulent business.
