This company, as a surprising never wen bankruptcy. The management is so bad that they try everything to exploit their tenents and employees. When anything breaks down, it will take them days before they come to fic for you. The property on 4241 Redwood Ave (Thiera de Rey) is the worst nightmare one can ever experience. It has a nice facade to lure over the potential tenents, but almost everything breaks down inside the apartment and they don't give a d**n beside your money. The main door breaks now for two weeks, and no one showed up to fix it. When you call them, their answer machine are full and no spaxe to take in more messages.
The ripoff mastermind CEO of UDR Thomas Tommey, is probably the worst person ever exisited in the corporate america, sad....he just cares about money, no basic morality nor ethics.
