I recieved a phone call on 3/20/07 offering a credit card interest rate reduction service. After explaining how they had leverage with the credit card companies due to the massive number of clients they convinced me they were going to reduce my interest rates as low as 7.9 and save me over $2500.00 in interest charges or they would refund my fee.

They told me I could look them up on the BBB website under a different name, (don't remember). I agreed to the service at the $798.00 fee and gave them my Credit card #. After all that they mentioned their no refund policy, said thank you for your business.

I recieved an express mail from them requesting all my other c.c. info. I declined to send it back, called my credit card company to dispute the charge and after 7 months of filling out form letters and waiting for my credit card company to get my fee back I got nothing. All my c.c. company can do is ask for a "good faith" refund from the UDS Marketings' bank.
