I ordered 20 telemarketed leads on 11/23/2011 (through Nic Arters, sales representative). According to their agreement (explaining a Qualified Lead, Appointment) I only received 5 out of the 20 leads, leaving a 15 appointment balance. I have called Nic Arters repeatedly since February because of the failure in complying with the contract. After numerous calls and emails, I finally received correspondence back from Nic and UFS Marketing President Matthew Dilday on 4/24/2012. Matthew explained that he would send another mail drop by the end of that business week. Since then, I have called Matthew 3 times more and NEVER have received a call back.

The most recent appointments were NOT as a result of a mail drop, but most likely a recycled lead or calling off a list. UFS Marketing has NOT been compliant and has NOT provided "Qualified" appointments. 

Don't WASTE your money with UFS Marketing because once they have your money, they will not honor there own contract and keep shuffling you off. Don't WASTE $2,750 for 20 appointments like I did. The appointments were UNQUALIFIED, and they will never replace them with the appropriate appointments you expect when you sign their agreement.
