Complaint Review: Ugg Footwear Direct (since Been Re-named)

Like all the other women who have added entries to this website. I was bought some black crochet Ugg boots. from Ugg Footwear Direct (since re-named) They where ordered on Jan 8 2008. After the 15 day delivery aggreement had passed by more than 5 days I tried to contact the site. After approximately 10 failed e-mails i bumped into this website which made me aware of this bogus website.

I panicked and began the process of contacting pay pal. By luck within 2 weeks pay pal have refunded me my money, however I have had the inconvience of not having my much wanted boots and now made nervous about un-known websites. Many women will have and will continunally be victims of this bogus website, but i cannot itterate enough not to buy from them. The website looks great, very professional, more than many others that sell ugg boots - all sizes available (of course!!!!) but its a lie.

Since ordering the boots that never arrived and also visiting the website, the name has since changed names. Just look for the blue website with only 4 tabs women, men, kids and slippers. And also firstly when you view the contact page there is no telephone number also to contact.

Should you fall foul of this website, contact pay pal and begin the process of claiming your money back, it does happen and also tell everybody you know about this bogus website.
