I ordered 2 pairs of uggs from ugg centre.com. Paid extra to have them sent by fed. ex. They charged my credit card immediately but never sent the merchandise. They claimed they were shipped but when I asked them to provide me with the fed ex tracking # they never responded. Now their web site is not even available
