uggcentre.com ordered ugg boots on 11/30/10 and recieved a fake tracking #. the company is a fraud and no longer has a web-site. cannot get the visa company that processed the payment to respond to my emails to g Internet

i ordered a pair of ugg boots for $92.00from uggcentre.com on 11/30/10 using my visa card. on 12/3/10 the payment was processed thru vcpayment.com for $94.96. i tried contacting both companies via email to stop the transaction but uggcentre.com said the boots had already been shipped and i would recieve a tracking # in 2 - 3 days. i finally recieved a tracking # on 12/16/10 and the tracking # is no good. i have sent numerous emails to both companies and no one can tell me where my boots are or give me my money back. this is ridiculous that a place of business can do this to soo many people. i have sent an email to both companies giving til 12/21/10 to either recieve my boots or my money or i will be contacting the Better Business Bureau & an attorney. any input on what i might do to recieve my money back will be helpful. thank you for your time and help.
