Uggfad.com - Owner, David Huang Fujian, China bought pair of ugg boots from uggfad.com, wrong size sent and they want $90 to exchange them. Can't find a exchange address for them and they will not give me one!! BTW, boots are fake! Internet
Bought a pair of ugg boots from UGGFAD.com and their site says the usual that they are authentic and if not satisfies they will return your money, if you want an exchange they pay for the shipping of new pair.
I received the boots and they were too small, i emailed them regarding a return address so i could exchange them, they replied that i need to pay $90 for the new boots to be shipped, $45 to return and another $45 for new ones to be shipped!! I sent them a copy of their exchange poicy from their site and they keep sending the same reply: you pay $90 and we send new boot.
I have reported them to BBB, FTC, every site I can find, and have sent copies of the reports filed directly to the owner listed for co. found that at whois lookup, still no response.. Since this started, i took boots to mall and compared them to uggs there and they are definitely fakes. do not buy from this com. the owner David Huang is a fraud and should be prosecuted
