Complaint Review: Uggfurclearance.com

This company has not responded to a single communication regarding my order.  I never received an order confirmation, or communication of any sort indicating there is problem with my order. Yet, when I look at my order history online, it indicates that my item is "out-of-stock:delete".  What does that mean?  They have taken payment as the order history indicates and as my credit card transaction history shows, but they have dropped off the face of the earth otherwise. Their chat-line person is never online, there is no phone number or address, merely an email address (listed in their "Contact Us") to which no one responds.  There are no reviews for this company, but I did find poor reviews for uggfurboots.com out of China and I suspect this may be the same company operating now under a new name. BUYERS BEWARE - this is not an honest company/website!  My credit card company will help me handle this issue, but I had a funny feeling when I placed the order and I should have followed my gut. The long Chinese name is how the transaction appeared on my credit card: ZHISHITONGSHANGMAO(BEI BEIJING BEI.
