I ordered a pair of "Ugg knightsbridge" boots Jan 17th, had no idea company was in CHINA til my credit card called to verify I had made the purchase and told me where it was from, I had a feeling then to decline the approval, but since it states several times on their website you can easily get a refund, I went ahead and approved, thinking I would just return them if I didn't like them.
I received the boots on the 31st of Jan and took them to the post office to see if there was a return address on them to ship them back that SAME day I received them. Of course there was none. I checked on the website and there is no return info on there either. I then emailed the company through their contact us link on the website the same day, and again the next day. I got no response so a couple days later I remembered that the company had emailed me on saturday the 29th of Jan to see if I had received the boots yet so I replied (approximately Feb 4th) to an email sent from (someone calling herself Angela). Today, still no response, I tried again today and also filed a dispute with my credit card company that I used.
I would advise anyone else who gets suckered into this scam to file a dispute with their credit card company and hopefully, you can stop the payment or at least put up a fight before they just take your money. The main reason I want a refund is the boots are FAKE! I have 2 pairs in different colors of the same exact boots I ordered from here and they are definitely FAKE.
Also while the company claims free shipping to most countries, they actually charged me for shipping. my total should have been 187.99 my total that the webiste would charge my card was 193 and then my card was ACTUALLY charged even more at 201.41. Free shipping my a*s! Run for your life and DO NOT order from this website it is a total scam, the boots are FAKE and there is NO WAY to return the items.

Your credit card company called you to see if you authorized the charge. Today you put in a dispute with your credit card company for the same transaction. Good luck on that.

For the record, Uggs are old and done for more than than house slippers. .
