I ordered a pair of black tall Ugg boots size 7 and a pair of chestnut slippers size 8 on Dec. 12th for my daughter for Christmas. I received confirmation that they received my order and would mail them out in 2-3 days with a confirmation number. It is Dec. 23rd and I still have not received my order. They took $188.00 from my credit card on the 14th of Dec. When I went online tonight to see if i could track my order or call them, they were no where to be found.
