To All,
I purchased two pairs of Uggs from this online outlet store in December 2011 as a gift for my girlfriend for Christmas.  They did not get to me until just before the New Year and at that time, my girlfriend's family had already purchased these same pair of Uggs boots for her and I did not need them anymore.

The entire sale was very frustating to say the least, I had to stay on top of them and keep emailing them until I finally received the goods.  Now I'm trying to return them to get a refund and I've been emailing them everyday for over a week and they want me to either sell them to someone else or give them to someone else as a gift.  That is ridiculous and not my responsibility on top of not being a proper or ethical way to conduct business.  All I want is a return address to send these boots back.

The last email I received stated their store was on vacation until January 28, 2012 and they will get back to me then.  It honestly took longer to write that then it would have to just email me the return address.  This is another example of how it is dealing with this online store.

I do not recommend dealing with this online store ever and will update you as the emails go back and fourth trying to get a return address.
