Complaint Review: ugly duckling car sales

point blank, we need a car to traval out of state,ours was not that reliable. we new our credit wasnt the best, so we decieded to try them. well needless to say we got a 93 dodge caravan from them.

on the way home from the dealership the van stalled while waiting at a red light. we called them, we brought it in and they found nothing wrong.the van continued to stall and now it stalled when you put the a/c on and while you were just driving down the road.around christmas the transmission went 11 months into the loan. they sent us to "their guy" and the transmission still is not right. a couple months later other parts were braking one right after the other,the van wasnt safe to drive in.

so we slowly stopped our payments,and the last time we spoke we told the duck to come get the van, and sure enough they did about 2 weeks later. we still had a year and a half left on our loan.the van was picked up about a week and a half ago.

the duck sells cars that cant last the lenght of your loan for the price of a brand new one,they shouldnt get away with this.
