Complaint Review: ugly duckling car sales

i used to work for ugly duckling for two year intill enough was an enough. they did little work to these cars as possilble knowing that the cars needed more.

i purchased my first vehicle from them and had many problems like other customers had but i got my truck fixed at some one else expense the price of the parts and labor would be add to a car that was'nt even sold yet!!!

i hear they are changing the name of the company because they want a better image. a current employee told me that they drug tested every one at the dallas location and 28 out of 56 failed!!! and know they have to go to drug rehab to keep their jobs!
