I took my granddaughter to purchase a car from them. I agreed to CO-SIGN the loan not to be responsible for the loan. I was reassured several times by the salesman it was not my loan it was my granddaughter's responsibility.
So now the loan is 45 days late and I am recieving annoying calls several times a day, a week. I have told them repeatedly to stop calling my home I was never in possession of the vehicle nor do I know where it might be.
My granddaughter has put numerous amounts of money into the maintanence from brakes to water pump and has only had the vehicle for a few months. The car sales place has a number to reach my granddaughter so they need to contact her and stop harrassing me about something I am not in possession of.
I am in agreeance with most consumers about the company being a ripoff. And they need to brush their employees up on the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act cause they apparently have no clue.
Maybe a little repo law while they are at it.

IF YOU COSIGNED THIS LOAN YOU ARE RESPONSABLE TO PAY IF YOUR GRANDDAUGHTER DOESN'T THEY CAN ALSO SUE AND GO AFTER YOU BEFORE EVEN TRYING TO GET THE MONEY FROM YOUR GRANDDAUGHTER IF THEY THINK YOU HAVE MORE MONEY THEN HER. IN THAT CASE IT WILL THEN BE YOUR RESPONABILTY TO COLLECT THE MONEY FROM HER
