we got a car from them and they have been giving us problems about fixing the car. the car these problems when we took it off the lot that we did not know at the time but we found out later about them and they say they will not pay and that we have to pay a fee of 60 to have someone look at the car before it can be fixed at all

I think you may have to prove they knowingly sold you a lemon when its used, but I bought mine from garden grove and have problems also.
I already sent them a letter with my demands before court action is taken, so we shall see,they have until the 5th
your other issue,the garden grove facility is now closed, the quality people they had like Maria quit, so all they have left is Linda and Evett, bith of them are very harrassing, and give out information to other people like if you are late on an appointment
