I purchased a 93 Hyundai excel (that did not have the excel logo on the car) in Aug 2000. The day I bought it the car went dead. They promised to resolve it through their mechanics. A week later my car was making rattling noises and would barely run. They promised to fix it through their mechanics. A month later it continued with the same problems so I called them and they promised to fix it through their mechanics (notice a pattern). So I decided to take it to a certified mechanic. He told me the car was missing the motor mount and that the car had major transmission problems.

They constantly harass me and if you want to talk to a manager they hang up on you. You can't even find out who the Corporate Manager is(it's the best kept secret). Now my car is totaled and they are urging me to pay a value my car is definetly not worth.

So if you are in debt and have bad credit fix your credit first or save for a car. Do not involve yourself with them. You will end up owing more than you started with.Ask questions and find out your vehicles history in and out of state.

Carfax is an excellent start for your search. Don't be taken advantage of as I did and now regret.
