Ugly Duckling ripoff dishonest fraudlent report filed on my credit Atlanta Georgia
In 2000 i bought a car from UGLY DUCKLING. Not even 30 days after purchase of said car I returned it to them becuase it was broken down and not running. I asked if there was anything I need to sign and they told me NO.
They told me that since I had not had the car for even 30 days that they would just take care of it and it would NEVER be even reported that I has the car. 20 yrs. old and Stupid I beleaved them.
In 2005 I tried to buy my first home when they ran my credit it cam up that I had a repo on my credit from Ungly Duckling. They has also sent it to collections with Midland Credit Management in 2004.
This was the First that I ever heard about this. I had never been notified. Ugly Duckling went out of Business about 6 months after I returned the car. So I have a Collections Company showing on my Credit that I knew nothing about.
As of May 2005 I still can not get any hlep to buy my first home and I have 3 children and a wife.
