Complaint Review: ugly duckling

over charged me for a car they sold me used and stated that the car had recieved a full inspection and was a suprem running condition, the law states that their is no cooling off period once you make the purchas i took the car on the freeway and the motor started smokeing took the car back and stated i wanted my money back. fat chance they said we will fix it , the water pump went out 200.00 .the battery was no good , 100.00 , the tork convert started makeing noise 200.00 , the motor mounts were gone 500.00 a total of 11 repairs, and hundreds of dollars, I gave the car back and asked for a replacement they refused, and told me to sell it to another dealer, and wanted to send me to collections after, abalance of 5000.00 owed on the car after was in fear of my life and gave the car back as a voulunteer repo. I go letters and calls . i had to buy another car which cost more money, and they wanted me to pay 2000.00 to make a deal and i got the dmv paper in the mail with my name on them and the dealer told me they sold the car at a action. for 1000.00 to 2000.00
