Complaint Review: UGLY TUB REFINISHING

Unbelievable!

My wife hired this company shortly after we moved in to restore our guest bathroom back to its original color of White. Not only did they fail to meet several appointments when the job was finally completed (in their eyes only), the work displayed poor workmanship and they promised to come back and repair to our satisfaction. NOT!..

Never happened, even 1 year later still not fixed.

The countertop of the bathroom shows bubbles that need to be sanded out and repainted again, yet these guys you can bet won't come back to make the deal good. They just took our money and ran. Even after reporting this immediately to the Better Business Bureau in Florida, we have not heard a word.

Bottom line, don't pay until your job is 100% completed to your satisfaction.. We unfortunatley did and it cost us.
