uglyduckling/drive times ripoff tucson Arizona
i bought a car 2 years ago not knowing im being ripped off they offered a $200.00 credit visa after i made the first 6 months payments in which i did and never got it i blew the engine in 6 months and agian no help it cost me 2000 to get it running my payments were 163.00 every 2 weeks=326 a month wich i can get a new car at the time i didnt know what the car was worth but i own 5000 and it is only worth 3500 andits been repo and to get it back i have to pay 1000.00 and i dont think its worth it but i need carand i cant get finance anywhere is there a way i can sue them plus the harrassing calles at work plus them using bad language to my boss getting fired!!! i want the car back but i dont think i should have to pay that much thx.

Oh My! How do places like the Duck and Drive time stay in business? Why are they allowed to?
Well without them this web site would not exsist as there would no one to write in.
Now I do realize that sometimes these places do "prey" on the public that allows them to. But this is the way of nature. I can assure you that were these folks on the plains if Africa they would fall prey to the predators there as well but it would cost them much more than money. These dregs of society should feel lucky that someone is willing to give them a chance.
Once again a posting makes my point that there are many victums out there but whos victums are they? Society, The big bad car dealers who give them a chance, the system that has let them down? No none of these. They are the victums of their own vices and desires and are unwilling to take responsablty for their own actions.
