Complaint Review: Uhaul. Brentwood motors

So I rented a van from uhaul. I was kind of rushing cause I running late. I took the van for two hours and at either house I went to I had To park 30 feet from any door. I did not drive in any underground lots or back the truck up at all. When I returned the truck the guy had pointed out "new damage" at the right rear of the van beside the door. Now to be honest when doing the inspection before I felt since he pointed out damage on the roof I figured that they would have been honest as well with the rest of the vehicle so I just glanced the truck over also the doors were open during the inspection as well. I ended up paying over $200 for a 19.95 rental. I will never use uhaul again and I will tell everyone I know about this situation .
