My daughter and three grandchildren are moving to Grand Junction, Colorado from Westminster, Colorado. They reserved a 26 foot U-Haul truck early in June for pick up on Saturday morning June 28th. They arranged for several friends to help load on that Saturday morning.

Upon arrival at the U-Haul pick up point they were advised there was no truck available and may not be available for 24 to 48 hours. Oh yes the price suddenly increased by $100.00. On Sunday I personally called three different 1 800 numbers for U-Haul.

Collective I was on hold for a total of 68 minutes, with no results. One lady in Phoenix hung up on me. Another transfered me without asking, and the third also transfered me right back to the U-Haul dealer in Arvada. The U-Haul people must either be trained by some n**i, or the U-Haul problems are so vast they can't deal with them.

Rude, curt, and unsympathic. It is now 11:21 AM on Monday the 30th of June and still no truck. The complications created by U-Haul's ineptness are severe. It seems to me if they can't figure out how to scehdule their equipment they should try some other business. Their advertising and claims for great service are bogus. They should change their name from U-Haul to We-Suck!
