uinversal fidelity lp Hollywood Video Scam???? Houston, Texas
I received a Universal Fidelity form letter dated 2/20/12 stating that I owed $28.74 for Hollywood videos rented in 2009.
I have been advised that this is a total scam and not to respond to the letter.
I'm concerned about my credit rating and therefore have contacted the three reporting bureaus in addition to Consumer Affairs as a proactive measure.
Does anyone have information regarding this issue?
