I wanted to order 2 bikinis from Ujena but wasn't sure if they would fit because I am a very difficult fit for bikinis.  Since I saw their refund policy on line which is not a full refund if you return the whole order, I called their customer service and explained the situation.  She said she understood and if both didn't fit and I returned I would get a full refund (of course minus shipping costs) - that I just needed to put a note on my refund and not to worry about the refund thing I had to click when I ordered.  So, the bikinis didn't fit.  I returned them expecting a full refund.  

Well, I didn't get a full refund - they deducted $40 or so.  I called to explain the situation and they actually couldn't find the person who told me that and unfortunately I did not get a name when I called.  She was willing to give me a store credit but the point is their bathing suits just don't fit me.   I relied on what this person told me on the phone which is why I bought the bathing suits (I should have gotten the name of course but forgot to ask stupid me).  If they said I wouldnt get a full refund from the beginning, I would not have taken the chance of ordering.  So in the end I just wanted a full refund on my credit card.
