Complaint Review: UK Academy Of Beauty

I am writing to you to bring to your attention my experience of Diane Shawe (UK Academy of Beauty)

I recently purchased a 'Full Lace' real human hair wig from Diane at a cost of 290, what I received was a 'Front Lace' wig with extremely poor hair. I also paid 115 for her to fit the wig, which she did extremely badly and which I had to remove within an hour of her leaving my home because the bond caused my scalp to become extremely hot and sore. Diane made certain that I didn't see the inside of the wig and although I thought it wasn't quite right, I couldn't confirm anything until an hour after she had left, when I removed the wig!

I've contacted her and asked for refunds-nothing up to the date of this post!

I wanted a wig due to my hair falling out, which is a result of medication that I was on.

Please consider this complaint; it would be awful if anyone else is duped at a time when they have low self esteem and often quite ill due to Cancer treatments.
