Complaint Review: UK-DL Exchange - Steve Russell

This site http://www.adriagb.com that also has mirror sites, claims to provide by means of a loophole to exchange existing drivers licenses to other EU-member states REAL drivers licenses in a process time of 21 days.

Payment is by wire transfer or Western Union.

The recipient is a "STEVE RUSSELL" of PF 49, GARDONY 2483, HUNAGRY. Using bank: MAGYARORSZAGI VOLKSBANK account: 14100048-52930549-01000008, with SWIFT: MAVOHUHBXXX.

After he has received his money, he no longer answers to one single email.

A clear case of fraud, and I know that others have also fallen victim of this person.

I have notified the Hungarian Police, and hope they can do something about it.

One thing that scares me though, is that this "STEVE RUSSELL" wanted a scan of my passport for the licence process, and I now fear it will be used for identity-theft related crimes.

This fraudster must be stopped!!!
