Complaint Review: UK National Lottery

hi my name is gerald. i got an email a couple of days ago saying i won the UK LOTTERY. and they wanted my information and i sent it to them. well the next email i got i was told to contact deliveries@winningsagency.com to start process. after i emailed them they sent me an email saying i had to pay the courier to deliver my winnings. so i check them out. it is not the UK lottery. There is a uk lottery and it is legal but these people are using the Uk lottery name to scam people. The real UK lottery told me that if i had won that they do not ask for fee. they do not use couriers. they either use bank drafts or you pick it up in person. so i emailed this man back and told him i know he is scamming people and he said so what you cant prove it. he said i dont even live in the UK i am in spain so what can you do to me. so i am putting there names they use. if you get an email like this please dont send money it is a scam. not lotteries ask for money if you win. i was told that by the lottery.
