A friend of mine recieved an email from Alfie Bryant stating she had won 147,187 pounds (approximately $198,000 USD-fluctuates daily) in the UK Lottery, all tax-free. All she had to do was fill out a simple claim form and they would verify that she was a winner and send her additional information. She filled out the information which was very basic and received an email back that she did indeed won and gave her options for how she wanted her money.

There is a UK Lottery and she use to play but stopped so she had no ticket for this drawing and never used this company which basically acts as your ticket agent. I decided to fill out the claim form myself with complete bogus information just to see if they would confirm me as a winner. After about 12 hours I received an email stating that I was indeed the winner and gave me the same options.

The catch with this company is they want to charge you fees for such thing as a bank transfer or sending you a check and they want you to pay these fees prior to any winnings being paid out which is 1% to cover transfer fees, check fees, insurance and postage. As with the various lotteries in the US, any fees are taken out before you get the money.

I wrote Alfie Bryant back asking him how I could have won the money with bogus information and never having purchased a ticket and 48 hours later. To my surprise I haven't recieved a response yet.

Needless to say, there will be no one here claiming their winnings.
