Complaint Review: UKI Communications / ILD

We were slammed. They changed our long distance from AT&T to they're service with out our permision. And when asked to provide information or proof of change they could not. We also attempted to get an address from ILD on UKI they said they could not provide one that they could only give us they're phone number. We got the royal run around trying to deal with these two companies.

Finally UKI said they would cancel our account and not charge the bogus phone bill to us - but that is yet to be seen. Should we pay our phone bill or lose our phone to this injustice. We did not know how bad this situation was with this company until reading about it on the web.

you know its bad when you have to pay to be blocked from this kind of nonsense. they sould be arrested and fined for this act of criminal injustice. After all it would be the same as robbing your local bank.
