UKI COMMUNICATIONS Rip-off I did not authorize service!!!

I did not authorize them to provide any service whatsoever!! I have never even spoken to them, I have charges on my phone bill from this company. I have tried repeatedly to contact them with no results!! I have wasted two hours of time trying to resolve a problem that THEY have created!
On top of everything, thier automated operators speak broken English and are almost impossible to understand.

An intruder ordering phone service??

UKI Communications finally contacted me stating that someone in my home ordered their service, representative asked if I wanted to hear the recording of person requesting service, of course I said yes. This person stated their name and address and date of birth. I have no idea who this person was!! They do live in the same city as I do, he stated that on the recording but the address wasn't even close to mine nor was the name. The representative went on to say that this individual must have been in my house and answered my phone and requested the service!! I told the representative from UKI COMMUNICATIONS I would NOT pay any charges this company tries to bill me for, with this he became extremely rude and began to shout at me over the phone. What kind of company is this and why are they allowed to continue?
