UKI Communications ripoff, fraud, tieves! Las Vegas Nevada
UKI Communications called and spoke with my wife over the phone. They managed to get her to give our home address and to say yes. This occurred sometime in November or December 2001. Now in late February 2002 they charged our phone bill with a "UKI long distance monthly service" and a "UKI long distance connection charge"... duplicated! When I called UKI had to wait for 25 minutes. Finally, the operator said that they have authorization to connect the service and played the recorded and edited tape. I cancelled the service and requested full reimbursement. The operator reimbursed one half of the total charge on the basis of the duplicated charge, but declined to reimburse the other half arguing they have the legal right to make the charge. Bottom line message: Never provide your info over the phone! I'll suit these bastards!
