ULEAD REBATE RIPOFF Torrence California
Purchased Photo Express 4 My Scrapbook for $20 from Fry's. With the $20 rebate it should have been free. Waited 14 weeks for the rebate, called customer service and 'they were just entering that information'. Re-faxed in documentation to customer service two weeks ago and still nothing. In my opinion, the product is NOT worth $20.
