Ulta Ulta Beauty, Ulta Gift Cards Ulta Beauty, Ulta Gift Cards Ulta stole money from my bank account Bolingbrook Illinois
I received an email alert from my bank in December 2020, saying there were two charges to my bank debit card by Ulta gift cards and Ulta.com. The amounts were $200 and one for over $600. That one was blocked by my bank, but the other charge went through, both of which I told my bank were unauthorized.
I never did business with this company and I did not make those charges, so basically they stole money from my acount. I don't know who made this charge to my account or how they got my card number, since I have my card with me at all times and no one else had access to it.
I wrote to Ulta with a copy of the email I received from my bank to see if they could possibly tell me who made the charge so I could file a police report. But I never got a response, which was the least they could have done. Thankfully my bank is investigating the charges.
Copy of email my bank sent me:
